Divine Flavored Catering was created from a simple truth: Nigerian food is more than food. It is memory. It is culture. It is connection.

For many people, especially Nigerians living abroad, a familiar meal can bring back moments of family, celebration, and home. Meanwhile, for others, Nigerian cuisine is a new and exciting discovery, rich with bold flavors and stories waiting to be tasted. This is where Divine Flavored Catering exists, at the intersection of both experiences.

Furthermore, founded by the same team behind DF Nigerian Food Truck, our catering service was built to take everything people love about our food and elevate it for meaningful events and special moments. Whether it’s intimate family gatherings, weddings, corporate events, or large celebrations, we bring the depth, richness, and soul of Nigerian and African cuisine into carefully curated experiences.

What started as a passion for sharing Nigerian food with New York City eventually grew into a responsibility, a responsibility to represent our culture well, to cook with pride, and to serve with excellence. Through our experience with DF Nigerian Food Truck, we saw how food could connect people from different backgrounds. Over time, we watched strangers become curious, guests become regulars, and meals turn into conversations about culture and identity. As a result, Divine Flavored Catering was born from that same spirit, designed for spaces where food needs to do more than taste good. In these moments, it needs to bring people together.
